What are your fitness Goals?

Well summer is on the way and I think its time we start getting our butts off that sofa and into some gym gear! If you have not already.

What are your goals for the next 3 months?

Is it to do nothing, or is it to be feeling great for summer!?

We are going to start giving you health tips and fitness ideas to help you get ready to feel great this summer and for the rest of the year. Why should all your hard work end when winter starts in 2012?

It’s an easy first step … make the decision to be awesome and to feel the best you can and you would have already started.

    When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!
